How to Find The English Title of a DVD

Hi . If i upload the DVD and i can not search the English title of it .

Ex :[SDMS-207] もっともっと水泳大会 裏舞台は女子社員がイキまくって精子飛びまくって大変でした◆SP

bc i don't know japanese .
I use google translate but it is not title and akiba rule not allow it .
Plz help me . thanks
