How to play japanese font games???

Hi there

I downloaded this game but I didn't realized that it was a japanese font game, so I don't know how to play this thing :puzzled:

I did some research and I found Ntlea, a software to play japanese font games but I can't make it work. So If someone can give me some advice I would really apreciate it.
