Basically an option to transfer bitcash funds will not appear unless you are in Japan, use a Japanese proxy, or use a Japanese VPN. You also cannot access certain parts of the site or certain movies without one of the three I mentioned.
I would recommend using a VPN because they seem to be somewhat cheaper and DMM seems to be blocking proxy sites so some of them won't work at all.
