i try to search with the word '' silent sex '' but i dont think its good key word

There is at least one key phrase for movies like that that even I remember though I'm not interested in those much: "If we're caught, we're finished!" which is often a translation of 「バレたら、ヤバい」and its variations, see example below...

Also, as I was typing it, I remembered this one with Sasaki Aki where she is a teacher and has a fiance but is still blowing and f...cking around... and since it's Aki, you might imagine that she's very loud at the former at least...

Well, I guess both of these are more like "hiding" play in general and not always "silent" play... And silent play, as I assumed and now checked, has to do with the kanji (which means be silent, stop speaking etc.). Well, at least this is one of the starting points here. You can do what I usually suggest ("the keywords and suggestions approach"):
  • Start with these keywords (バレたら and 黙)
  • If what you find using these meets your criteria, look for more keywords that repeat within those
  • Also use MissAV's suggestion system
  • ...
  • PROFIT
And yeah, searching for バレたら and 黙 together for a bit already gives us this, for example... Which seems much more like what you're looking for, and it's even found the cover from the maker's site... And here, we already get some more key words: こっそり (an onomatopoeia for "stealthily", "secretly" etc.)

The approach works. And it's pretty much universal. Of course, it won't find everything that meats the criteria, but it will find a lot. And since it's cumulative (you find more and more key words), you will be finding more and more fitting things every time. Of course, the more keywords, the more you might need to filter out each time, but hey, the bottom line is that it works
