I want to share, but can't make a d#@$ torrent!

Hi, new here, got some great downloads, but only one problem. I use Lime PRO as my bitTorrent, and I cannot find any menu that lets me MAKE a torrent or even reseed.I want to share these torrents, and can't figure out how. (I've been w/out a computer for 11 yrs while in Mexico) I like this site, but I've already spent more than $100 on ryushare, getiing winzip, ect. Do I have to spend MORE MONEY ( I'm not rich, just a disabled Vet) just to be able to upload? I'm really Torrent ignorant and could use some help.
