You've been with Akiba-Online since 2007, Unholydragon? Yeow, you're a veteran. What a privilege to be addressing the second of your total of two posts, to date.
You did a fine job by providing the pictures (you even went through the trouble of separating the scene of your girl from the rest), but I wonder if it was good enough. For example, with the second attachment, we have a lot of shots, but because thumbnails select the shots randomly, we don't have what we really need... a clear representation of the actress you're interested in. (At least facially; in the first attachment, there is that one shot of her taken from above, with her long legs outstretched... she looks magnificent.)

As much as body shots are helpful (sometimes the identifier could examine the shapes of the breasts, for example), but nothing substitutes for the face. If you own the film, I think you may have needed to go the extra mile and perform frame grabs where her face comes through sharply and clearly.
I looked through other available screen shots/thumbnails for SCOP-113, and this was one of the few that showed the actresses' faces in some detail. Here is ours:

The full version of the first attachment you provided may be found here, and from this and the others, it looks like there is a total of five actresses:
1) Blue gown
2) Red gown wearing glasses
3) The one with the unbraided pigtails, green gown
4) Yours
5) White gown, big breasts
Sougouwiki offers a rundown of five actresses, and it's hard to say if the order is correct. Here's what they've got:

Her name is also provided as "Shizuka Hashimoto," and Google's translator gives us a "Misa" or "Misaki" as part of another moniker of hers. It's possible "Nozomi" is part of this name, as well.

Rin Yuzuki, AKA Sara Yamamoto (柚ノ木りん), XKK-026, DLD-043
Rin/Sara's claim to fame is her big breasts, judging by how her breasts are the focal point in a number of her movies. The last lady in the five scenes of SCOP-113 also sports a generous rack, so chances are that it's Rin/Sara.
That means the order is probably correct (another clue: I don't know if Aki Tachibana's usual schtick is her reddish-dyed hair, but if you own the film, take a look and see if the first "blue gowned" girl has this kind of hair; the screen shots are not precise enough), and that further means the one we are interested in may not be a known commodity. I guess the only way to pin her down would be by providing clear close-shots of her face, in the hopes that an Akiba-Online expert could recognize her.
The film, of course, is:
"For Sure, Being An OB/GYN Doctor and Pretending to Perform a Diagnosis, One Can Mess Around to An Extreme With Female Genitalia, Even Going So Far As to Sticking Your Dick In Without a Condom and Coming Without Anyone Noticing!! 2"

Wow, your post was a lot more detailed and informative then what I would of expected... Or really deserve, since you're right, and I have no excuse.. If not for the save log/pass feature, there is about a 1-in-hell chance of me remembering what my credentials are for this account...
