The scene is from EKDV-284 but for some reason it has been mirrored. What you see on the left is what is supposed to be on the right. You can clearly see it around the 8 minute mark where it actually lists the title of the movie スク水 H 50.
The actress is Nana Usami (宇佐美なな)
