Idol/JAV with Tokyo Night Life

I'm trying to find ANY movie with an Idol or a JAV actress hanging out or modeling with the nightlife in Tokyo (Akihabara District?) or modeling on a rooftop with the Tokyo skyline (day or night).

I've been looking for the past few days but haven't been able to find anything, which makes me wonder if there are strict laws in Tokyo regarding public-nudity. Nudity is not required for me though. Does anyone have recommendations for movies that have this?

Just throwing the HMGL series out there as there's a lot of that "public amateur" piece thrown in, though no nudity in true public unless you count inside a car.
