Here are your two choices: First Names only. あい Ai and かえで Kaede . If you could figure out the product numbers of the several videos this came you might have a better chance at identifying the actress in question.
The 8 video covers shown at the top of this cover are IENE 371, 377, 400, 407, 423, 502, 523, 537. but a quick scan of those didn't give me this girl, so the scenes may be from even more movies.
Grabbed the video to check it out and it turns out that the first 4 hours (including the scene above) are new material and the last 4 hours are scenes from the movies I listed above.
