Information about rippers

Does anyone know who are the people/groups out there ripping JAV and uploading it? These days, it seems to be mostly Chinese online casinos and adult cam sites. However, this was not how it was a few years ago. In the past, there were no watermarks or advertisements added. I wonder if those other groups are still around?

As a side note, if the release date for a particular JAV has passed, and that title has not been uploaded while the other titles in that batch have all been uploaded, what are the chances that it will be uploaded later? Do the rippers sometimes just forget a title? Will they possibly release it later? Also, assuming they did forget, is there some way to remind them about it? (Specifically, I"m looking for CGD-003)

Probably the old groups have retired or they lost interest overtime.
