Is iKoruna a safe money handler?

All of my subscriptions to file hosts have expired, all of them previously paid through Pay Pal. I notice that several of the available hosts connect you to i-Koruna if you try to pay by Visa or Mastercard. I googled this service but could not find any comments about their reliability. Their headquarters are in the Czech Republic, which to the best of my knowledge does not cooperate with international law enforcement in the event of fraud. I hate to hand over my credit card information completely in the dark.

Using the free download option for me does not work, since downloading a single HD video, five GB or so, would take a week or two.

you can always get a prepaid card, and if it $10 just put the correct amount on the card, and only try one at first, and see how it goes
