But I found a girl who looked like her.
She looks exactly the same with Nozomi.

I can see where you might think she might be based on hair style and some facial similarities but no, I don't think so.

Can you post a picture of who you're talking about? When I Google the name only see titles for this girl you posted.

Nozomi was a U15 junior idol. I agree with @fwildly in that I can see the resemblance but I also don’t think it’s her. Unless there’s some very unique feature that is eventually shared via the footage that confirms it’s her it’s best to assume that it’s not her.

Google won’t turn up much if anything at all. So much junior content has literally been scrubbed intentionally that we’re one of only a few sources left of basic information... here’s a sample image of the girl in question.
