I haven't seen either title but I'll stick my head out and say that it is her. Most of the Fuji girls are 18+ so it's no surprise to me that one or two of them end up in AV.

Translating the title will do you no good at all. Use the original Japanese and you'll have much better luck.

It wouldn't surprise me that she changed her stage name on purpose. After all Maki isn't even credited in her AV appearances, although I think most people know enough about her already. Also Yuki Fujisaki has already changed her name and she's still in the IV business. I bet she'll change yet again if she ever enters the AV business.

Just following some links, as I say my Japanese is non existant, but does the girl on the right bear more than a passing resemblance ?

Or am I just guilty of wishful thinking ?
