I do remember seeing a separate thread which more or less has stars and then some debate on whether their breasts are natural or enhanced.

If you put a question mark in Mio Kimishima's "enhanced", I would doubt your judgement in such matters. There's hardly an inch on her that doesn't look rubberized! In your list many girls have such absolutely perfect too-good-to-be-real tits I think are very suspicious: Yui Hatano, Shunka Ayami (I was just fapping to her this morning), Saki Okuda. Yua Mikami. There is no visible signs that they had surgery, but they have such big round boobs going with a slim figure, and perfect shape despite their age. Somehow I tend to believe in the cases when the girl's figure is more ... solid, like Minami Kojima, Rion and Julia.

Lol yeah Mio looks not natural at all to the point of looking scary. Yui Hatano gained weight so bigger boobs. For Saki Okuda and Yua Mikami, the first one has a "bubbly" body. Her boobs look natural to me, she has more "meat" on her body than some other girls of her size (she's not chubby, far far from being it). And for Yua, she gained some weight too, so same for Yui.

Perhaps we should change the topic, not "natural" breasts, but "looks fake" vs. "looks real". Aika Yumeno might be real, but might also be too perfect to be real. Shoko Takahashi actually is fake but extreme hard to notice. I think I've watched all her AV and about half of her IV, I think I've seen only a handful of glimpses showing signs of surgery. So I'd put them both in "looks real" category, but knowing Shoko's are fake.

Even ones as unsuspicious as Koharu Suzuki's, I wouldn't be surprised if they turn out to be enlarged.

I didn't watch any Aika movies, yet, maybe this week. I will be able to see her in all positions. For Koharu, she has belly fat, camera angles play a lot in the "looking big" thing.

If it's fake and it looks real, it's still a fake one. And I think there would be nothing to talk about because it is already obvious if it "looks real" or not.
I don't know if Suzuki's boobs are fake either, but my thought lean toward the real ones because her boobs are not that big for a fake ones to become "look real". I think Sakura's boobs is the kind of boobs that would become much saggier once she got older. Insane body is the words I'd use for Koharu Suzuki with smooth white skin and a nice figure. Her belly has a little bit fat but everything else is perfect, dont you agree? Even her vag looks cute like in your picture. She's like a gem to me. I was hoping and waiting for her uncen releases but it'll never become true, she's already retired.

I would bet on her weight gain. She is more "curvy" than before. It's like Sakura Kirishima. She gained weight, bigger ass and belly.

That's an eternal topic of discussion. You have much to catch up with, search these forums or Google. The gist is that Japanese fans don't like obvious enhancement the type you see in American porn. That doesn't mean JAV actresses are mostly real. They just opt for different types of surgical enhancement AND keep the degree of enlargement reasonable. Typically +1 to +2 cup size.

There are examples of "natural looking fakes", my personal fav is Shoko Takahashi. She is not obviously, but definitely fake. And she is also in my all time top 5. I'm also highly suspicious of Yua Mikami, but she has publicly denied it many times.

Ironically I am less suspicious of very busty JAV idols such as Rion, Aimi Yoshikawa, Matsuri Kiritani.

BTW comment on some discussion: a woman's tits size do change over time, obviously pregnancy, breast feeding and weight change are very important, but even without those events, tits size can change, so I wouldn't be automatically suspicious if a pair increase by half- to one- cup size over a year.
