JAV - always censored OR uncensored or also BOTH

I'm currently working on a JAV database and have a question to all off you:

Are JAV always censored OR uncensored or are there any movies which are offered as a censored as well as an uncensored version? uzzled:

No offence, but...
I wouldn't advise doing any more work on something as ridiculous as Japanese Censored Porn. If you do however, make sure to hide your work with a pixellated mosaic so it's authentically Jav crap. There's plenty of uncensored porn on the internet so why subject yourself to vandalised videos.

Based on my experience since 2007, some pixellated movies were also released in an unpixellated movie. For example:

pixellated version: kcpn-031 パイパンマジックIX ロ●ータどS性開花編 沢田あいり Airi Sawada
unpixellated version: スカイエンジェル Vol.152 : 沢田あいり

Im so confused right now. I could have sworn you were a JAV veteran.

Nevertheless, JAV is always censored unless its something not produced with japanese laws in mind (which is some crappy underground horrid women filled videos ) or stuff that isnt published in Japan.

Which means, if u want uncensored JAV, u will have to go to the growing in popularity sites that do offer it that may have your favorite idol in them. More and more JAV idols are starting to do at least one piece on these number of sites.

Now its a good thing this guy posted this. But to correct you somu2, the version that came out first wasnt the mosaic one. It was the sky angel published one that came out first. The said scenes of the video appear in the uncensored sites, then when enough scenes have been accumulated, they are put together for a DVD release outside of japan. Then later, that same dvd is mosaiced (not a word) to be released in Japan (not always).

Yes I know, why bother doing that if people are just gonna try and get the uncensored version online. Meh, theres a market for those who dont DL JAV .

No problem at all. But I don't understand your post. I don't want to make censored JAV out of uncensored JAV. I justed wanted to know if some titles exist in both version. Why? Because I want to implement it in my database correctly.

Means the studios do that (sometimes) - offering both version - but they use different codes. E.g. the first one is KCPN-031 and the second one SKY-253. Means a it would be nice if the database would link both somehow.

That's interesting: You guys always think so highly of me, but I never do that of myself. I still have to ask people here so often. :tehheh:

Yeah, I know that uncensored JAV is not allowed to be sold in Japan because of their laws.

Knights Visual KV-018 for example is censored, but they also sold it to some american/european company which released it uncensored under the name Naughty Little Asians 28.

I wish there where more uncensored Knights Visual movies out there, but I was not able to track any other than KV-018 down.
