Not sure where I could host these motion covers for people to watch, so I use the servers of Supjav, would love some suggestion

Pretty cool, but why a 4+ mins video for a 2 sec looping animation?

You could just make them webp animated pictures and they could even be used as real covers alternative, would be even better.

I specified webp instead of gif because you're not forced to use reduced color palettes, you can use the full quality in picture format. Gimp is what I use to work with them but I'm sure most recent enough software can handle that format.
