JAV ID help based on description

I seem to recall a variety JAV or a series of JAVs where women went about their business without wearing any clothing below the waist. The entire (or majority) of the time they wore nothing below the waist. But I'm drawing a blank. Does anyone recall the code or title or anything?

It was like a Rocket style (not necessarily that studio) movie so lots of no-name girls. Kind of like a "world where women don't wear anything below the waist" but I tried variations on all those words and came up with nothing. Edit: Like there's a series of "low barriers to sex" or whatever. Kind of like that - lots of women, lots of scenes, no particular stars.

There may have been lesbian content but I don't think so?
