First I recommend to upload the picture to your post using the "Upload a File" button. You can include it into you post using the "Full Image" button which will appear after the successful upload.
Second you should post that in one of the identification sections (see my signature below) and ask for the movie code.
Third you should open a thread - including the movie code in the thread title as the sticky thread says - in one of the request sections (see my signature below).
And fourth and last it isn't very likely that subtitles exist. But I recommend reading this thread here:
How come few JAV have English subtitles. There are some people willing to subtitle it - for money, of course.
