Uncensored porn and I assume you mean the modern stuff produced by sites like http://caribbeancom.com/ = shot in Japan (legal), transmitted/shipped to a different country (gray area/illegal), edited and sold on non-Japanese servers (legal).

It's a legal loophole and it's only illegal to carry it if porn is banned in your country so call your local police station to find out.
