[JLP] Lolicon Angel ロリコンエンジェル (uncensored, cleaned VHS) eng subs

Surprise! It's been nearly a year since I reencoded Lolicon Angel (the first encode I ever did or at least ever shared) and I decided to revisit it with some more experience under my belt. For this new encoding I've improved the cleanup filters a bit and more importantly added some much needed color correction filters (fixed brightness, contrast, and saturation and improved [unfortunately couldn't fix 100%] color bleed and droop). As before I cropped some garbage from the sides but this time I preserved the aspect ratio a bit better. The encoding also takes advantage of aq3 and fade compensation in x264 (personally I see no difference but it's gets you more street cred). The audio isn't meaninglessly encoded into FLAC this time, I just used the exact same as was in elgringo14's which makes up a bit for the now bloated bitrate of the video stream. If you are at all into sex with little children I can't recommend this new release strongly enough. Enjoy.

No comparisons; instead just enjoy these screenshots. Trust me, this is the best version. Torrent is done and available here. Typesetting is did. The DDL links are updated to v3. Patch is attached to this thread. All is good. Time to set this one aside for another year.

People are perfectionists or they are not. :hoho:

There is more back story behind the japanese release(s) of this title, I really need to scan that catalog book that I acquired (among a ton of other books).

I've been very much wanting those scans since you mentioned them almost a year ago in my original thread. Hook us up bro. I think it would be some good motivation as I look to the future of this project.

Plans for next year:
1. Fix this monstrosity.

2. Fix assorted other artifacts.

3. Fix the jitter.

4. Cut-specific color adjustments.

5. Typeset the worst title screen ever more faithfully.

6. Translate and typeset this sign.

7. Reencode in HEVC(?)

8. Do the deep color (10bit) conversion properly this time (i.e. with Dither_out).

I wonder if I can even do number 1 with just AviSynth. I might have to reattempt to L2AfterEffects.
