"That day was the thirteenth anniversary of Takashi's father. Despite the approaching time for the memorial service, Takashi and his wife, Mio, devoured each other in mourning. The litigation was held at Takashi's older brother Hajime's home, with Hajime's wife Misako, his son Masaki, and Mio and his wife.
