I don't actually understand Japanese but it doesn't sound like Japanese to me.. could be some dialect ofc.

EDIT: after a second listen it is probably Japanese anyway, just sounded different than what I am used to hearing.
 
I don't know, but she's cute and I'd love to see pics and videos of her....whatever her name is....:)
