Seems to be the way they are putting the archive together. Can't tell why the normal gui tools don't like it, several tools reported this one as incomplete. The command line version of unrar worked. It's also putting a URL file in the current directory and not the folder that it's creating.

Also, the playback is really choppy. There are many duplicate frames on the encode.
