there are a number of major studios that produce uncensored japanese porn

given the censorship laws in japan, how does this work ? how are they allowed to sell in japan when other studios get cracked down on ? what is the legal position of the possessor uncensored porn ?

why don't other studios exploit the same loopholes ? or at least if the uncensored porn is targeted at the overseas market, why don't the other studios release the uncensored version to the overseas market ?

If I'm not mistaken most of them don't market those movie for japanese audiences and they aren't sold in japan stored or on the japanese versions of their websites, obviously japanese people can go around that and I honestly don't know why other studios don't do it other than maybe they just don't want to risk the fines and jail time which has occasional happened to some of those other studios.

The studios aren't listed in Japan. For example, Tokyo Hot was registered in Germany if my memory serves my right.

FC2 (the platform) is a different matter. It's in somewhat grey area.
