It's not that difficult to find, I think. I've just tried 妊婦 (pregnant; fortunately, in Japanese, there is a different word, with a different kanji, that is used for "become/make pregnant", 孕む/孕ませ), as in 「妊婦 AV」(without the brackets), and it gives a lot of results with women who look really pregnant, and not with fake bellies on etc. Just one example...
P.S. In the title you give as an example, this word is also being used, so I guess it's a fairly reliable search keyword, though there might be others
