A fan appreciation/thanksgiving video would be a good start, especially one with minimal directing (the guys can cum anytime etc. but maybe not anywhere in/on the girls).
Check out Mobsters studio, the MIRD series from Moodyz, or SDEN series from SOD, for example. Ai Uehara has that (in)famous video where they let Ai and friends on the run and have 100 guys chasing them.
There are also many videos involving games or weird improbable scenarios but those are obviously heavily directed which I'm not too fond of, and JAV actors/actress can't act.
