You may have a virus or trojan on your computer.
Try cleaning your computer and then try to download these files.
Personally I have no problem.

No virus, no trojan, just endless timeouts and delays.
Other files from Akiba are downloading fine.
I have no problem with Hotfile or Uploading file hosting, but plenty with Filesonic
