Since I'm on vacation and only have m laptop and slow hotel wifi, I don't have all the nice search options I have at home.
It would help if you have the link to the actual video stream those screenshots are made of, but it looks like it's a FA-Pro movie, possibly starring Shoko Yokoyama (横山翔子).

Those shots definitely reeked of FA-Pro, and while taking a look, Shoko Yokoyama has been in a million of their movies, as part of usually large ensemble casts. Some of her other FA-Pro movies with military motifs are FAX-340, FAX-361, and FAX-363.
But the amazing Electromog has done it again, with his guess for FAX-299:

I have had run-ins with Ms. Yokoyama in the past, regarding her other claim-to-fame as a muscle-woman. I don't find her face to be all that distinctive, however - how did EM pin her down? (Especially since he keeps saying he's not good with facial recognition.)
The most important question of all is, why is Electromog mired in JAV nonsense while on vacation? Electromog, put that laptop away and enjoy yourself! That's an order..!

I'm at a convention, which means that sometimes there's a few hours between events I want to go to, and since I'm staying at the hotel the convention is held in, I tend to wander off to my room then.
Will probably be around less next weekend as the con I'll be at then won't be in the hotel itself but a few blocks away. I'll be way less likely to wander to my room then.
