My posts are not approved and I don't know why

Hi there, I tried to make a post on the forum and since I am a new member, it says I need to wait for a moderator to approve of my post. However, it appears that after half a day or so, my post is deleted. I assume it means a moderator has not approved and therefore my post was deleted. However, I don't know why it was deleted, I didn't get a private message telling me why it was deleted, etc. It was not an inappropriate post by any means.

How can I make a post?

You need to post something of substance. This one was approved. An avatar would also be nice you know.
If the first post you were trying to post was an ID those aren't always approved.

it depends what you posted, and how you posted it, and did it have referral links?

it highlights you may not have followed the rules properly on your first post, and if it was a message say thanks or great post, then it is spam
