When one does not know Japanese, one can only guess at what is happening on screen... as far as the plot or theme. Let's see if you can get a sense out of IENE-149.
There are three stories in IENE-149, translated here and there as “Incest! Checking Out Her Son Jacking Off,” or “Watching Mother Jerk-off Her Son.”
What is taking place is that a pair of females is getting picked up off the street.
They are lured into an apartment.
They are offered money.
They are asked to hide their faces. and the male talent sits beside them, awaiting with a "surprise."
There appears to be a glint of recognition. Based on the title, one of the women is obviously the fellow's mother.
Through cash and other incentives, they are persuaded to get closer to the goods.
It's not long before physical contact takes place

So my questions are these:
It looks like the women are not randomly picked up in nampa style, but specifically targeted. Looks like it's a set-up if one of the ladies is the mother of the male talent. Of course, it doesn't make sense, because the moment a real mother gets confronted by her exposed son - especially in a filmed environment - a freak-out would ensue. I know the viewer has to take these things with a grain of salt, but I was wondering how she could possibly be convinced to actually have sexual contact with the son.
But my main question is this:
Who is the other woman??
(Could she be the daughter?)
Finally, while I'm aware this is not the thread for JAV idol identifications, I found the thinner-faced woman very appealing, and I wondered if you might have a bead on who she is.
The "Sougouwiki" site offers clues. There are three stories, and there is a pair of women in each. Apparently in order, the actresses are:
Sanae Hoshikawa (星川早苗)
Ayako Kano (加納綾子)
Miwa Nagao (長尾みわ) (MOM, I think)
Yuka (ゆうか)
Minako Uchida (田美奈子) (MOM, I think)
Takahashi (高橋)
Looks like she has to be either Sanae Hoshikawa or Ayako Kano, neither of whom have many starring roles to their credits. I did check out a rare Ayako Kano starrer, Wife Shaved and Returned [UPSM-154], but her face looked rounder and different. A rare Sanae Hoshikawa starrer, Shameless [YAG-027], offers screen shots and she does not bear much resemblance either.
