You can simply write 200mb in the field and it will convert it to bytes. In the new one, there's a dropdown box allowing you to choose between B, KB, MB and GB.
200MB = 200000000B and 200MiB = 209715200B. But since MiB is often confused with MB, both will usually pass the 200MB limit on ddl sites.
