These guys, http://www.fa-pro.com/, produce movies like that. You could try to narrow it down by the actor, but he's in a lot of them.

Ok, this was a hard one to find, even though I knew the studio and the director as most sites pointed to a now deleted video on xvideos.com.
The movie is FAX-502 starring Misa Yuki (結城みさ) and Shinobu Igarashi (五十嵐しのぶ)
