Need help IDing girl from DANDY-044

Hi, I'm looking for the name of the girl in the last scene of the DANDY-044 movie. I've looked everywhere but I can't seem to find her name, please help! Here's a picture (the girl in main focus):

Not sure which one but between this two ootsuka minami or takada arisa

Thanks for the input, but I know for a fact that it's not either of those two. Those two show up in the earlier three scenes of this movie. Their names are the only ones that appear on any sites I look at. I've confirmed that the one in the above photo isn't either of those two.
