OK, I was looking on the net to buy Japanese toilet slippers (トイレスリッパ).
For what reason? Honestly, I have a shoe/slippers/feet fetish. Please, don't laugh - every men (I think) has something he fancies.
Plus, as a fan of Japanese AV, I want to have something from Japan.

But, since I don't know the language, it took me a while to find how to write the term (slippers) and then to find the place where it is sold.
So, I got to Amazon (Japan) and I have found what I like. Of course, I navigated with the Google translator.

So, these are the slippers:
http://www.amazon.co.jp/林商事-スリッパ-グリ...UTF8&qid=1375276285&sr=8-214&keywords=トイレスリッパ

And this is about shipping:
http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=1104814
(I hope the link is visible to you).

Now, the problem is that I can't figure out (even with the help of English translation) these things:
1. Does the seller ship to foreign countries?
2. How much is the shipping for the European Union (namely, Croatia)?
(I would buy two pairs - green ones and blue ones).

Can somebody who knows Japanese help me with this? It would be much appreciated!

They don't sell to foreign countries, so you're boned.

I've never seen a cross-reference for that in the Amazon search function. You could always hire someone and have them receive and re-send out whatever products you want. I do that for many people in North America.
