That would be because there is a Junior Idol section here which contains pictures and videos of children under the age of 16.
I don't know how you came to this conclusion considering that most, if not all, of the material in that section comes from Japan which you can legally buy in Japan. Since you know that some posters continue to post pictures and video it sounds like you visit that section on a normal basis. Pardon me if I sound harsh but if that section offends you so much then stop browsing that part of the forum or change your forum settings to make the Jr Idol Club Forum invisible.
User CP -> Edit Options (Go to the very bottom of this page where it says 'Forums to Exclude from View' and select the 'Jr Idol Club Forum' then click on Save Changes)
If neither of those options work for you then I'd suggest that you find another forum to browse.
Just FYI these "children" aren't stupid. They know exactly what they're doing + they make quite some money with it. It's people like you who're screaming bloody hell at every little thing and cause ridiculous prohibitions and prosecutions.

If it was the movie section then you have an interesting point but one that does not involve Japan or this forum in particular. There are many child actors and actresses such as Robert Blake,(okay maybe not everyones favorite poster child), Drew Barrymore, Jodie Foster...well the list goes on and many never became famous as adults. I am sure an argument can be made their childhood was "lost". However an argument can also be made that they were enriched by their experiences and presented with oppurtunities few children ever have.
If it is not the movie section then please inform the mods so the material can be moved to the correct section.
I have been to the porn sections here,(always goodies to view there), and I have been to the Jr Idol section where no porn is shared. If child porn is shared at Akiba Online please report this to the moderators/administrators immediately.
If on the other hand, you are only trolling...please take it somewhere else.

i don't really get it what are you willing to say it here, from what you called, "children porn" or "kiddie porn" are the children actually naked?
because, from every time i see some post and saw a picture that definitely picture of a child, she was still wearing clothes or swim wear, although if she's naked, there must be something that covering her "thing", that the law for porn in japan, perhaps what you mean by "children porn" mean junior idol.
maybe you can include some more information or a link what you mentioned
Here in italy there will be jail for children porn (or nude) from 5 years to 15 years, and in the jail for the one who make the infrangment the life will not be simple, not at all usually the one will be isolated, or meant to die, i am not kidding

I suppose to those who have never been in jail they don't understand what it is like. Prison is where the strong and violent prey on who and what they can. There is no "justice" about it, nor is the term meant to convey such. Scumbags are scumbags and the strong prey on the weak.
It is a myth that pedophiles are always brutalized in prison, sometimes they are the ones who are brutalizing others. It is a matter of violence against others for the sake of violence. Yet this is not the purpose of prison. It is meant as a humane form of punishment for those that break the laws of society. The degree that societies of the world honor this tenet the more advanced the society. For we as people of the world are not only responsible for our achievements but for our failures as well. We not only produce the Heroes but also the Villians, the Strong as well as the Weak, the Brave and the Cowardly. The least of us are still human beings and should be treated with the same respect we ourselves would expect.
We do not have to hate the predator to protect the prey. Both victims and victimizers are our responsibility. Let us strive to fail neither of them.
