You mean like STAR-195?
That's just a video code. All JAV DVDs have them.
You can usually tell the publisher from the beginning of the code. STAR is a code used by certain SOD-Create titles. All MIAD titles are by the studio "moodyz", all SOE titles are by "S1" and so on.
