A "found footage" horror movie that seeks the truth behind the urban legend. A tape was sent to a production company. The woman appearing in it fits the descriptions of the Slit-Mouth Woman : wearing a mask, an overcoat, a tall woman that can run fast. In order to find the truth, the company staff begins an investigation.
