Thanks, for those wondering why this is only 16 minutes video, the whole video would be ORGM-003 (DVD) or ORGMB-003 (BD).
This publisher is releaseing the same content on various types: ORGM / ORGMB / ORSF / ORSFB
Seems the Picture dics have JPG files on the disc plus a small video as bonus.

Example:

ORGMB-003 BD Video Disc
ORSF-003 DVD Picture Disc
ORSFB-003 BD Picture Disc

The same happening with the this DVD codes: ORGA / ORGAB / ORSA / ORSAB
