[payout source] to PayPal

Now that FileJoker is the new sponsor, does anyone know how to get funds from Webmoney, Payza, or other such places to PayPal? Keep2Share still offers PayPal payouts but most others including Subyshare and now FileJoker don't.

if i recll correctly, they use some strange resellers to payout per pp.
Normally this services are prohibited by the PP TOS.

there are a lot out there, but i haven't found yet a good one, that won't scrape 20% of each transaction :/
