Until or if the thread is moved, I wanted to see whether I could lend a hand... particularly since Member
Tieuphieu sounded so endearing.

I can see this one goes back, and reference is scanty. Let me put up the screen shots I managed to find below. (From
this site, in case they disappear, and also featuring a cover of five of the actresses.) As the one sought appears in the first scene, we would be focusing on the lady from the first frame (00:03:56). Not that this is of much help, as her features aren't clear... hopefully, other reference may be found by Tieuphieu (whose provided shot is not clear either), or our resident Sir Galahads.
Maria Ozawa is the one in Frame 10 (00:39:21) with a clear shot of what makes her a woman. One of our members has pointed out how ugly this part of hers is, and I can't resist wondering exactly what is amiss about this miss.

Yuka Yamada looks sexy, too. If anyone has an aroused curiosity about her in action,
here she displays her talents, in a 49-minute uncensored video. (The only thing that came up for me, in a search with this name. Perhaps Tieuphieu or somebody else can include the DVD codes for her movies from 2007, in case anyone would like to investigate further. In addition, the identifying number for the second
1pondo movie would have been good for Tieuphieu to provide, in case a good-hearted soul wished to dig up a link for him.)

1Pondo codes below, allow me to give a round-up of some reference.
Here are
all three of the Yuka 1pondo movies. Note the first is 1pondo 051910_836, the one with the six actresses. (It features the second of the Yuka
1Pondos listed directly below.)

Both of the full-length
1Pondo Yuka flicks are from 2007, so I am now getting the idea Tieuphieu was referring to these, and not regular JAVs from 2007.
In addition, to help with researching, the Japanese lettering for Yuka is ã‚„ã¾ã ゆã†ã‹ (which did not show up in DMM) ... throwing that in the general search engine (also try the different spelling of her name, "Yuuka Yamada"), I just discovered she also appeared in a
"Red Hot Jam," RHJ-019. (Her scene from this was also featured in a four-hour compilation, RHJ-108.)
I'm not good with uncensored JAVs, but I'd bet if the year of release for RHJ-019 can be determined (couldn't tell from the video cover), we'd be glad to see Yuka has done work beyond 2007. (Oh... that's not going to be the case. Keep reading.)
The good news is, this Red Hot Jammer was just made
available in the archives, for a 699 MB download, featuring friendly
Uploadable links.
It is also available as a 529 MB
stream download. (Server VIP #07; a smaller sized one is offered by Server VIP #09.)
You know what I just realized? Yuka is wearing the same psychedelically-designed dress on the cover as she wore in
1Pondo 052607_123. Forwarding through the stream version, I can also see she has the same get-up in the first half of the movie as she wore in
1Pondo 050507_110. The
1Pondo site informs us these two have running lengths of 58 minutes and 55 minutes, respectively. RHJ-019 has a running length of about 110 minutes. It's apparently a repackaging of the
1Pondo flicks.
Furthermore, it appears the 49-minute uncensored video link presented in my previous "EDIT" is one of the
1Pondos, or 050507_110, to be exact. Talk about a thickened plot.
