POLL: Time Length Preferences

I'm curious to know which are your preferences in matter of time applied to JAV. For this I opened a poll where you can choose up to 2 options, ones are referred to scenes and the other ones are referred to full length of movies.

For me the ideal length for a scene is 25-30 minutes, however that doesn't mean I don't like shorter scenes. For example, I'd prefer a 30 minutes scene plus a 10 minutes scene rather than a 40 minutes scene. And about movies, I like them 2-hour long (120minutes), up to a maximum of 2-hours and a half (150 minutes). Longer movies are for me, redundantly, too long.

If the movie focuses on a genre I enjoy and the actress featured in the movie is an adorable waifu and puts on a great performance I love those movies being 3 hours or more. One example that comes to mind is Ai Uehara in IPSD-047 where she swallows 100 or so loads of sperm.

I hate skipping parts of a movie unless it is absolutely incredibly boring, but I rarely ever do that. I love to watch a full length movie from beginning to end. I like to appreciate the artistic vision the director is presenting. Even if the movie is long and uses the same formula over and over, as long as that formula is something that tickles my fancy I never get bored of it. I prefer movies that feature one actress (or the same two actresses) and I find it interesting what different settings, and different little scenarios they come up with. There needs to be more academic film study regarding JAV. I believe pornt is a widely under appreciated art in general.

I say the longer the better. Nothing is worse than being mid-fap and and having the scene end before you blow. You either have to re-watch the same scene or skip ahead in the video and hope there is another good scene that can keep the momentum, also why a longer movie is better.

Good poll. The poll result (still early) seems to contradict prince and needs more loli a bit... Same as my view: scenes and movies should NOT be too long. BTW... if someone prefers 37.5 minutes scenes how is he supposed to vote???

For typical (not saying every vids should be so) scenes, I think the minimum length is 15 mins. I wonder why directors/producers almost never make scenes shorter than 20 mins. In real life, couples do have quickies, a well-filmed quickie scene could be very arousing. Check out Kick Ass 2, it's a Hollywood mainstream film, but there were some sub-minute sex scenes (no naughty bits on screen), but it's hotter than a lot of uncensored vid, me thinks.

Anyway back to typical... I think a good TYPICAL scene should be 20-40 mins long. That's including seduction/setup/foreplay. But not including story scenes. And I think for the whole movie, 60 mins is a bit short. I'd say 80-150 mins is a good range. With the short end is perhaps long enough for 3-scene almost-all-sex vid: setup-foreplay-sex times 3. Long end (150 mins) would be good for vids with some story scenes.

In regards to a scene, for me it's actually the shorter the better. When the runtime goes on for too long a lot of it is what I call "filler sex". They get into position, hump for a while, then change, rinse and repeat. If the runtime is short a director would actually only have the best and most creative ideas present throughout the film, the in-necessities are removed and there's never a need to fast forward.

Have it full of dialogue, reactions, and condense it down to it's essence. 20mins is good.

scene is around 25-35 minutes from foreplay until finished, and don't put to much dialog or other unecessary stuff

movies around 120 minutes, except for special edition that have many hot action I don't mind to watch 180 minutes or more
