Due to some kind of error, a lot of the files got duplicated, but a smart download manager like Jdownloader can tell which are duplicates if you scan everything in. Otherwise, just get each number once, and you'll be fine.

Interesting question. I have quite a few pregnant JAV but none have english subtitles. Most don't have storylines, just sex, but the SMS series might have some translations if you search.
