Premium download only

Dear admin,

I have bump into few thread that the download link is only allowed for premium member only, which is basically forcing us to buy premium for that filehost.

I just want to know whether this is allright to do? I am an uploader as well by using ryushare. What if i start to do the same thing like them?

Will i be banned?

thanks, I purchase premium just to download his link and he is changing host lol and again premium download only....
