Haha I was hoping you had a recommendation.I downloaded some free software for that purpose but haven't gotten around to learning to use it. Is it hard? Do you recommend a particular editing software? I'm on PC, BTW.

For what it's worth Ive been using the old MS Movie Maker program. It's simple to use and free, though I don't think MS has a download link for it anymore and so you'll have to try a 3rd party. However the video output is of a lesser quality than the original no matter how high you set the settings, so I've been looking for an alternative. Not a huge difference most times but I'm a stickler for video quality.
I suppose looking to see if there's an opensource video editor is probably the best chance. They can be quite good but they also tend to be less beginner friendly.
Edit: Probably worth looking into clipchamp for free and easy video editing as well.
