Question about access right - or maybe a bug?

Hello everyone,

I experienced the following thing a few times. So I'm wondering about the reason. Maybe I did something bad in the past here or maybe it's a bug. I'm not sure.

From time to time I'm looking for torrents here for the newest JAV. E.g. JUX-085. Using the forum's search function I can't find it. But if I use Google I find a torrent thread: http://www.akiba-online.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1336483
If I open that link I get the following message from the forum:

Is this an error? Or did I do something bad in the past so I don't have access to new torrent threads? This thread seems to be 1 month old. With older torrent thread I never face these problems. uzzled:
