Well... I didn't notice her all that much until about a year ago when I found a clip of her on a western av forum. Many westerners hate JAV due to its censorship, but this torrent was well received on the western forum. IMO, she's got features that many westerners would like; big boobs (not sure if its fake, but at least they look real), curvaceous body, nice bottoms, and pretty face.
Although She's one of my faves, I don't think she is all that well received in Japan or other asian countries. The one thing that could be a minus among the asian viewer is her skin. But aside from that, I really can't see any other reason. I read in another forum someone commented that she's not as popular because people trying to looking Kaede Matsushima are annoyed with the fact that Reina's and Kaede's similar last name which sometimes hinders their search for Kaede's video. In terms of look, I much prefer Reina.
