The movie is SCOP-210. One site claimed the actress is Hibiki Ohtsuki (大槻ひびき). Sougouwiki doesn't list her as in the movie but does have 5 unidentified actresses and she did do several other SCOP movies, so it might be her.

And I think it is Nami Itoshino, but I'm not 100% sure.

They didn't edit it, it still mentions "5 others" along with the two named. Hibiki was named on some tube site that had the scene so I just figured she might be one of those "others".

I am not very good at facial recognition, so I'm way better at finding the DVD codes than the actress names in these requests.
