Just as I thought, I downloaded the files, extracted and played no problem on Media Player Classic...and it seeked no problem either.

Obviously it's your codec pack! Install K-Lite Code Pack: http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm

But one thing for sure, playing it on WMP had no sound but MPC was flawless with both video and audio.

I already have the k-lite codec pack. But I guess I will download another media player just so I can play this.

Try reinstalling K-Lite. MPC is included in it.

Not included in the 64 bit version but I installed it separately. Works good, thanks.

The 64-bit version does not include everything the 32-bit version has. The procedure is to install the 32-bit version first and then the 64-bit. But then, most the the codecs are junk - obsolete - anyways.

Wow, sorry to hear that. I think uploadstation is the best for free downloaders, no waiting between downloads. I wish everyone used it.
