Thats a huge problem that seems to keep repeating itself when it comes to foreign women being used in JAV. For me there are a few things that make me prefer JAV over western porn. For me a good JAV has to have the following-

1) A theme and a plot that works in the context of that theme.

2) Pacing and a build up to the actual sex. This is a key area in which most traditional JAV are far better than their western counterparts. The pacing is essential in building up the lust and desire that the viewer has for the actress. That way its more satisfying if a well executed sex scene comes not immediately, but after establishing all the roles of the characters. Some of the indie western porn producers have started doing this but their movies range from 12mins to 40 mins at max, while JAV averages at a minimum of 90mins. This allows for a slower build up and a more rewarding longer sex scene towards the middle of the movie.

3) Japanese women and directors know how to deliver when it comes to putting out convincing performances. They seem more serious about making the movie as believable as possible(inspite of sme of the more ridiculous themes and concepts). I think at its core this is what a lot of JAV fans prefer to western porn.

4) More variation in the actual sex acts. While JAV does get formulaic at times there is still more going on in terms of the actual sex than in most western porn, where its generally blowjob-fucking and final blowjob+cumshot before the scene ends. While most JAV also stick to a formula, its more sensual in the way it builds up. Fondling-Fingering-guy performs oral sex-blowjob-sex-cumshot. Among these I havent watched STC-052 but Ive seen others in the series. They have their own formula that they follow and really dont feel like any western porn, but more like a standard r*** themed JAV. Using an actual western blonde woman for characters like supergirl and cammy will always be an advantage and lend the movies a sense of authenticity when compared to Japanese women playing these western characters.

I agree with everything you wrote in the previous post. @BustyNurseMomoko I agree with a lot of what youve said. Its not that I particularly dislike western like JAVs. However Id be lying if I said I wasnt disappointed because everytime one of these happens I feel like at some level behind the scenes there is either a lack of realizing what the potential of these "crossovers" are, or that there has been some sort of compromise behind the scenes either because of the woman and her representatives or other factors such as where they actually shoot the movie.

I would love to see some Indians and Latinos in proper JAVs, If Im being totally honest that would be one of the greatest things to happen. Even some of the newer Indie american pornstars are great. Infact they are more suited to JAV than the maistream pornstars because of the fact that they are better performers, some of them overact, but overact in the right way if that makes any sense (eyerolls, excessive shuddering etc).

I think with some of the smaller porn producers like Primal, Bareback Studios, MissaX, Cock Ninja and a few others. You see some segments of the western porn industry becoming more like JAV. I think its largely due to the fact that these smaller studios survive by creating custom videos on demand, which has lead them to produce videos that mainstream western porn studios would never have the guts to do. They still dont have the balls the JAV industry does, which is understandable seeing as how everything in the west is now offensive and people have to always tread lightly.

There does seem to be an increase in more taboo subject matter when it comes to these smaller production houses. Now almost all the custom video producers make either Incest or Superhero themed porn. From around 2006-2012 it seemed like only Rachel Steele(incest) and Paris Kennedy(super heroines) were creating these genres of porn. You had a few others here and there but they were the only ones who were doing it consitently. They were the pioneers and I think were the first to really use the custo video market to make these kinds of pornos.

I said this in your other thread about Sunny Leone as well, but I would love to see a bunch of these newer porn stars do more stuff in the JAV industry.
