I'm not talking about Count von Count, though this does feel like Sesame Street a bit
The combination of something as patronizing as counting to help someone with the task — and the task being sex is very arousing for me. I don't think I've seen it done a lot. I provide two examples that I can remember at the moment. Feels like this counting is most likely to happen in a gym/training context. Maybe it can also be found in game-show JAV (Rocket etc.)
Example 1. Saegusa Chitose as a helpful personal trainer
I've already mentioned this title in one of my ratings with her. JUFD-743, quality stuff overall, but there is at least one scene that I remember when she counts while performing all kinds of lewd stuff with the... trainee
Example 2. Nurses getting a count to better help ejaculation-dependent patients
Fortunately, this is a whole series of at least four parts. Part 2 (SDDE-566) is probably my favorite from the counting point of view. I have yet to cover this one in my oral-focused thread (if I'm not forgetting anything) as it's great not just for those with nurse fetish but for oral connoisseurs as well.
